iPhone 17 Christmas Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1              The Promoter

The promoter is ME GroupInternational Plc of Unit 3B Blenheim Road, Epsom KT19 9AP.

2              The Contest

2.1          The title of the prize draw is "ChristmasPrize Draw".

2.2          Entry requirements:
‍
2.2.1            Share the Christmas Prize Draw Facebook orInstagram post.
2.2.2            Follow @revolutionlaundryuk on Instagram, or, Wash-ME UK -Revolution Laundry on Facebook(you must follow WashMe on the same platform on which you tag your friendsunder 2.2.3 below); and 2.2.3            Tag 3 friends.

2.3          One(1) winner will be drawn from the ContestPeriod. The Winner will receive a an iPhone 17.

3              Conditions of entry:

3.1          The contest runs from 12 noon on 10 December2025 to 11.59 on 01 January 2026 inclusive (the "Contest Period"). One winner will be drawn from the Contest Period (for these purposes this will commence at 12 noon from 10 December 2025 (the "Start Date")to 11:59am on the 01^st of January 2026 (the "Closing Date").
3.2          Entries must be posted by the Closing Date (but not earlier than the Opening Date) of the relevant period to be entered into the draw. Entrants must also follow @revolutionlaundryukon Instagram or @Wash-ME UK - Revolution Laundry on Facebook by no later than the Closing Date of the relevant period.
3.3          Entries received after the Closing Date will be not be entered the draw. Entries received after the end of the Contest Period will be disqualified.
3.4          No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
3.5          The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted or otherwise deleted or removed fromInstagram or Facebook account (whether by the relevant platform or by the relevant account holder) before the end of the Contest Period regardless of cause.
3.6          These terms and conditions apply to all contest entrants.

3.8          A winner will be chosen from the Contest Periodby random draw performed by a computer process at the end of the ContestPeriod.

4              Eligibility

4.1          The contest is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
4.1.1            employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
4.1.2            employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected withthe contest or its administration; or
4.1.3            members of the immediate families or households of 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 above.

4.2          Entrants confirm that they are eligible to enter and claim any prize they may win. The Promoter may require entrants to provideproof of eligibility.
4.3          The Promoter will not accept entries that:
4.3.1            have been automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots suchas ChatGPT or similar software applications);
4.3.2            are posted by or depict anyone other than the account holder of the account on which the entry is posted;
4.3.3            are defamatory of any person or are obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory or contain illegal content or promoteillegal content or activity;
4.3.4            infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person; or
4.3.5            bring the reputation of the Promoter into disrepute.

4.4          The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you from the draw if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the contest.

5              The prize

5.1          The prize is an iPhone 17 available to one winner of the competition.
5.2          The prize is not negotiable or transferable andno cash alternative is offered.

6              Winners

6.1          The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the draw is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into about it.
6.2          The winner will be notified before 14 January 2026 by via private message (sent from the@revolutionlaundryuk Instagram account or the Wash-ME UK - Revolution LaundryFacebook account, as applicable) to the Instagram or Facebook account from which the winning entry was posted. Winners must provide their name, email and postal address to claim their prize.
6.3          The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prizewinners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails callcentre@me-group.com or writes to the address set out in condition 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the end of the Contest Period.
6.4          If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at callcentre@me-group.com.In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7              Claiming the prize

7.1          Prizes will be delivered via postage via the address provided by the winner following notification of their win. Please allow 14 days from provision of your email address for delivery of theprize. The Promoter will not be responsible for any failure to receive the prize resulting from the provision of incorrect information by you.
7.2          The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner in accordance with condition 6.2. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14of days of the Promoter first contacting them, the Promoter reserves the rightto offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

8              Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for anyloss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up theprize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are notaffected.

9              Ownership of entries and intellectual propertyrights

The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your entry.

10           Data protection and publicity

The Promoter will only process your personal information asset out in the privacy policy to be found at https://www.megroup.uk/conditions/privacy-policy.See also condition 6.3 and condition 6.3, with regard to the announcement of winners.
11           General

11.1       If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the contest.
11.2       The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize contest where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3       These terms and conditions are governed byEnglish law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings,then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
