1 The Promoter The promoter is ME Group International Plc of Unit 3B Blenheim Road, Epsom KT19 9AP. 2 The Contest 2.1 The title of the prize draw is "Wash.ME Selfie Contest";. 2.2 Entry requirements: 2.2.1 take a selfie at your local WashMe laundrette. The WashMe laundrette must be clearly visible in the selfie and selfies must comply with these terms in full; 2.2.2 follow @revolutionlaundryuk on Instagram, or, Wash-ME UK - Revolution Laundry on Facebook (you must follow WashMe on the same platform on which you post your selfie under 2.2.3 below); and 2.2.3 post your selfie on Instagram, tagging @revolutionlaundryuk, or, on Facebook tagging Wash-ME UK - Revolution Laundry, in either case with a caption which explains why you love using WashMe laundrette machines.2.3 One winner will be drawn in respect of each week of the Contest Period. Winners will receive a £100 Amazon voucher. 3 Conditions of entry: 3.1 The contest runs from 12 noon on 9 September 2025 to 11.59 on 30 September 2025 inclusive (the "Contest Period"). One winner will be drawn in respect of each week of the Contest Period (for these purposes a week will commence at 12 noon each Tuesday (the "Start Date") to 11:59am each Tuesday (the "Closing Date"). 3.2 Selfies must be posted by the Closing Date (but not earlier than the Opening Date) of the relevant week to be entered into the draw for the relevant week. Entrants must also follow @revolutionlaundryuk on Instagram or @revolutionlaundryuk on Facebook by no later than the Closing Date of the relevant week. 3.3 Entries received after the Closing Date will be entered into the draw in respect of the following week unless the entry is received after the end of the Contest Period. Entries received after the end of the Contest Period will be disqualified. 3.4 No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. 3.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted or otherwise deleted or removed from Instagram or Facebook account (whether by the relevant platform or by the relevant account holder) before the end of the Contest Period regardless of cause. 3.6 These terms and conditions apply to all contest entrants. 3.7 Please see www.thelaundryrevolution.co.uk for a copy of these terms and conditions. 3.8 A winner will be chosen for each week of the Contest Period by random draw performed by a computer process at the end of the Contest Period.4 Eligibility 4.1 The contest is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except: 4.1.1 employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; 4.1.2 employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the contest or its administration; or 4.1.3 members of the immediate families or households of 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 above. 4.2 Entrants confirm that they are eligible to enter and claim any prize they may win. The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of eligibility. 4.3 The Promoter will not accept entries that: 4.3.1 have been automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications); 4.3.2 are posted by or depict anyone other than the account holder of the account on which the entry is posted; 4.3.3 are defamatory of any person or are obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory or contain illegal content or promote illegal content or activity; 4.3.4 infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person; or 4.3.5 bring the reputation of the Promoter into disrepute. 4.4 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you from the draw if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the contest. 5 The prize 5.1 The prize is a £100 Amazon voucher. One prize is available to be won for each weekly draw. 5.2 The prize is not negotiable or transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 6 Winners 6.1 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the draw is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into about it. 6.2 Each winner will be notified before 14 October 2025 by via private message (sent from the @revolutionlaundryuk Instagram account or the Wash-ME UK - Revolution Laundry Facebook account, as applicable) to the Instagram or Facebook account from which the winning entry was posted. Winners must provide their name, email and postal address to claim their prize. 6.3 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone whoemails callcentre@me-group.com or writes to the address set out in condition 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the end of the Contest Period. 6.4 If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at callcentre@me-group.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 7 Claiming the prize 7.1 Prizes will be delivered via email via the address provided by the winner following notification of their win. Please allow 14 days from provision of your email address for delivery of the prize. The Promoter will not be responsible for any failure to receive the prize resulting from the provision of incorrect information by you. 7.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner in accordance with condition 6.2 . If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 of days of the Promoter first contacting them, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date. 8 Limitation of liability Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 9 Ownership of entries and intellectual property rights The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your entry. 10 Data protection and publicity The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy to be found at https://www.megroup.uk/conditions/privacy-policy. See also condition 6.3 and condition 6.4 , with regard to the announcement of winners. 11 General 11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the contest. 11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize contest where it becomes necessary to do so. 11.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
